​Billing, Auto-Renewal & Expiration Dates
  1. All Memberships are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferrable. 
  2. Memberships begin on the date you sign up. 
  3. Monthly membership renew on the same day of the month as your sign-up date (i.e. if you sign up on the 10th, you’ll be billed each month on the 10th.) 
  4. All memberships will auto-renew unless you have specifically arranged with us to terminate your membership after a specific period of time.
  5. Failure to attend classes does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for your membership.
Past Due Payments
  1. We understand that cards are often lost or stolen or expire, and a charge will sometimes be declined. We ask that in this case, you provide us with updated billing information in a timely manner, which we define as within two weeks. Should your requested payment method fail, and should you fail to specify a replacement method within two weeks, we reserve the right to charge any other payment method for you that we have on file.
  2. Payments more than ten (10) days past due will be subject to a $15 administrative fee.​
Hold Policy

Student will not have the right to “put the Agreement on hold.”

Cancellation Terms
  1. In order to cancel your current membership at Noskov Fitness, it is required that you provide 30 days notice to us PRIOR TO NEXT BILLING DATE by submitting the following form (click here).
  2. Please ensure that you have selected your desired cancellation date and entered your information correctly. Please note that simply submitting the above form does not finalize your cancellation with Noskov Fitness - one of our staff members will get in touch with you in order to complete the cancellation process. We're certainly sorry to see you go, and would love some feedback about how we can make things better for you when we talk.
Refunds
  1. Noskov Fitness will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation requests. Membership cancellations are only processed by submitting the above form.
  2. Noskov Fitness does not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next month if you missed a class. No exceptions.

Noskov Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel a client’s membership at any time for any reason. If your membership is terminated by Noskov Fitness for any reason, we will refund the balance or remainder of any prepaid, unused membership.

Schedule

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time to accommodate holidays, special events, and/or seminars. We will do our best to reschedule or accommodate accordingly if possible.

Private Training
  1. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If a confirmed appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session.
  2. To reschedule an appointment with more than 24-hours notice, please contact your coach directly.
  3. All sessions expire one year after purchase.
